Form + Foundation: A Pilates Workshop

Form + Foundation is an 8-part Pilates apparatus-conditioning series designed to help you build a strong, intelligent movement practice from the inside out. This workshop is perfect for beginners new to Pilates, returning clients needing a technique reset, and intermediate students ready to deepen their understanding.

Held in small groups of up to 8 students, you’ll learn the essential Pilates principles, anatomical alignment, breathwork, and core activation techniques that empower safe, strong, and graceful movement on the Reformer, Tower, and Chair.

Pilates Beginner Workshop

The beginner-level Pilates apparatus-conditioning workshop is an 8-part series offered twice a week for 4 weeks. Developed to teach the fitness novice the basic Pilates principles, anatomical language, and essential exercises necessary to help build proper core strength, flexibility, and overall awareness using the spring coil and retractable rope system of all pieces of Apparatus, including the reformer, tower, and chair. Anatomical principles, proper technique, breath, and abdominal engagement are emphasized while performing the basic repertoire in a group of up to 8 students.

Pilates Essential – Apparatus Conditioning

Build strength. Improve posture. Learn the method.

A fundamental apparatus-conditioning experience using the Reformer, Tower, and Chair, this class is ideal for those new to Pilates or looking to reinforce their technique. You’ll move through beginner-to-intermediate sequences with focused attention to form, breath, and deep abdominal engagement.

Ideal for:

Pilates Athletic – Apparatus Conditioning

Challenge your strength. Elevate your performance. Move like an athlete.

This advanced-level class combines traditional apparatus with sports-specific movement and rotating props: BOSU, resistance bands, hand weights, kettlebells, stability balls, vibrational rods, and more. It’s designed to refine power, control, and mind-body precision.

Pilates experience required. Small group format: up to 8 students.

Pilates Athletic – Mat + Spring Tower Combo

Core stability meets athletic challenge.

A full-body conditioning class that blends dynamic mat work with the Spring Tower, incorporating props such as the Stability Ball, Pilates Ring, Hand Weights, and Floor Gliders (rotated weekly). Movements are performed lying, seated, and standing to challenge strength and control across all planes.

Pilates experience required.

Pilates Athletic – Jump Board Class

Cardio meets control. Jump into your power.

This invigorating hybrid class blends the Reformer with the Jump Board to deliver low-impact, high-intensity cardio bursts paired with spring resistance. Expect a sport-specific workout that elevates strength, endurance, and agility – while honoring classical form and breathwork.

Pilates experience required. Small group format: up to 8 students.

Pilates Chair + Tower Combo

Strengthen, stabilize, and move with intention.

This whole-body conditioning class uses the Pilates Chair and Wall Tower to train strength, balance, and flexibility through spring resistance in lying, seated, and standing positions. A deeply integrative class that emphasizes breath, alignment, and mindful control.

General fitness ability required.

Private + Semi-Private Sessions

One-on-one precision. Personalized care. Profound results.

Private sessions are the most customized way to experience the power of Pilates. Whether you’re working through an injury, new to movement, or seeking a deeper mind-body connection, private instruction meets you where you are—guiding you toward greater strength, freedom, and awareness.

Semi-private sessions offer the same high-quality instruction in a shared setting of two students. These sessions are ideal for friends, partners, or clients with similar movement goals who want more personalized attention than a group class provides.

Both session types draw on the full Pilates apparatus and are tailored to your individual needs, using the Reformer, Tower, Chair, and other specialized tools to support optimal alignment, tone, and integration.

Pilates Essential - Apparatus Conditioning

The essential level Pilates apparatus-conditioning class is a fundamental Pilates class using the spring coil and retractable rope system of all pieces of Apparatus, including the reformer, tower and chair. Anatomical principles, proper technique, breath and abdominal engagement are emphasized while performing the more established beginner to intermediate repertoire in a group of up to 8 students.

Pilates Athletic - Apparatus Conditioning

The Athletic level Pilates apparatus-conditioning class is a more advanced level sports conditioning & functional movement class using the spring coil and retractable rope system of all pieces of the Apparatus, including the reformer, tower and chair. Learn specifically how to train the mind body power by incorporating the Pilates apparatus with the use of sport specific props such as Bosu, Stability Ball, Wall Band, Kettle Bell, Resistance Rings, Hand Weights, Cat Slides, and Hand-Held Vibrational Rod systems. (Prop choice changes weekly). Anatomical principles, proper technique, breath and abdominal engagement are emphasized while performing a more powerful sport specific & functional movement repertoire in a group of up to 8 students.

Pilates Cross+Core - Floor Conditioning

The Pilates CROSS+CORE floor-conditioning class is a well rounded routine of lying, seated and standing core work with an emphasis on overall strength & balance using props such as Bosu, Stability Ball, Wall Bands, Foam Roller, Kettle Bell, Resistance Rings, Hand Weights, Cat Slides and Hand Held Vibrational Rods. (Prop choice changes per class.) Anatomical principles, proper technique, breath and abdominal engagement are emphasized while performing an all-level Pilates and core conditioning repertoire in a group of up to 12 students.

Studio Etiquette

We are a shoeless studio. Grip socks are required for all sessions and classes. If you do not have your own, we offer a selection of slip-grip socks for purchase in-house.
