Studio Policies & Etiquette
A wellness space. A refined experience.
At Renaissance Pilates + Wellness, we honor the practice of mindful movement and the energy of shared space. These policies help ensure that every client receives the highest level of care.
Arrival & Check-In
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and prepare.
- Late arrivals may not be admitted if they disrupt the flow of the session.
- New clients must complete intake forms prior to class or session.
Grip Socks Required
We are a shoeless studio.
- Grip socks are required for all Pilates classes and sessions.
- Don’t have a pair? We offer slip-grip socks for purchase in-studio.
Corporate & Special Events
Looking to book wellness services for your office, private group, or event? Contact us to curate a custom package.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- A 12-hour cancellation policy applies to all private, semi-private, and group Pilates classes.
– Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a class deduction from your package plus a $10 fee.
– Clients on a Two-Week Unlimited plan will incur a $20 fee for late cancellations or no-shows.
- A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all Neveskin™ services.
– Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a $50 fee.
We understand life happens – please communicate with us if you’re unable to attend.
Booking & Payment
- All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or app.
- Payment is due at the time of booking.
- Class and service packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Expiration dates apply as listed in the pricing section.
Waitlists
- If a class is full, join the waitlist to be automatically notified if a space opens.
- Please only waitlist classes you're available to attend on short notice.
Studio Conduct
- Kindly silence phones upon entering the studio.
- Please be thoughtful with your voice and energy - let’s keep the space supportive, vibrant, and connected.
- Please wipe down equipment after use with provided cleaning supplies.
Health & Safety
- If you’re feeling unwell, please stay home and rest.
- We reserve the right to modify or reschedule sessions for health and safety considerations.

We are located inside Bell Works on the ground level.
Enter through the East Tower entrance, accessible from the Red or Blue Parking Lots.
Once inside, we’re the second studio on the left-hand side.
